Taken during my London abroad course in 2009-10.If you have studied abroad, consider submitting your work to the International Education Committee (IEC) at WKU. This invitation is for undergraduate and graduate students from any post-secondary institution in Kentucky for presentation at the WKU Statewide Study Abroad Symposium in the Media/Art categories. Selected works will be on view at the study abroad conference to be held at Western Kentucky University on Saturday, March 31, 2012. Faculty and at least one GC student have had their papers accepted for this conference. So, please consider submitting your work!
The deadline for submission in the Media/Art categories is Friday, February 10th, 2011. In order to submit, you must be enrolled and have studied abroad during any semester from the 2009 Fall Semester through the 2011 Summer Term.
Media/Art Categories:
1. Photo Essay
2. Art
3. Poster
4. Creative Interpretation (i.e. video, music, dance)
