Prof. Zakic with visiting artist Heather Deyling (above) and art seniors (Jen Stephenson, Kayleigh Riddell, Elizabeth Metcalfe, and Daniel Cantu, below) in the Cochenour Gallery exhibition "Color Sprawl"

The Galleries are off to a great start this academic year! Last week, we hosted Heather Deyling, who installed her felt/painting/collage installation "Color Sprawl" in the Cochenour Gallery.  Heather met with several students and gave a public talk describing her influences and processes. Check out the show--it's on view through September 16--and get involved! There will be many more opportunities to meet and work with professional artists in the Georgetown College Fine Art Galleries.
