For those in the area looking to do some shopping after Thanksgiving, Larkspur Press will be holding an open house and a sale of their works, along with other local artisans. Items will include, books, chapbooks, and broadsides, cards and handbound journals; as well as greenery from Hazelfield Farm, soaps from Anna's Sweet EsSCENTials, Dara's hand-dipped tapers, and Fred the Shed Glassworks.The sale will be Saturday, November 27 from 10 AM-5 PM and Sunday, November 28 from noon-5 PM. Larkspur Press is located at 340 Sawdridge Creek West in Monterey, KY, 15 miles North of Frankfort (1 mile south of Monterey) on Hwy. 127.
