For those who didn't make it Friday, I'll share with you a few thoughts: the show demonstrated a successful series of musings on the term "abstract." While the curatorial statement points to subject, form, and abstraction as a triad, I prefer to see form and content as a dyad in the works on view (primarily paintings).
