ART 21 Screening

So this IS a big deal.

Georgetown College has been selected for a Pre Screening of An Episode of the New season 5 of Art 21. So set the dates in your calendars Sept 29th at 6:00pm It will be an entire event and a spotlight will be set on the Georgetown College Visual Arts department. We will be filling the Hotel Gill Gallery. We will be having lots of work on display as well as the performance and installation class will be having a special performance during the evening of the screening. So get ready to be the first to see Art Season 5.

So this is a must see

crash test dummies

So one of the best shows on television is back on. So you think you can dance season 5.
I just had to share the most recent wade robson routine. The dancers are supposed to be crash test dummies, one a brand new one and the other one who has been wrecked and put back together many times. The movement and fluidity is great, as well as the detail considerations like the never use there fingers, they keep there hands like a mannequin would. The performance class in the fall will have nothing to do with the technics of dance but this kind of thing gets me excited about the class
