The University of Michigan School of Art & Design seeks a Recruiting Representative and Summer Programs Coordinator, with responsibility for: high school recruitment visits; the interpretation and communication of admissions policies and procedures to prospective students and parents, secondary schools, and community colleges; and the planning and execution of five summer pre-college programs. Applicants must have an MFA in art/design or an equivalent combination of education and experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, data analysis and interpretation abilities, a strong work ethic, a high level of professionalism, ability to manage multiple tasks and familiarity with basic Macintosh computer software applications. In addition, the position requires extensive travel within the state, throughout the Great Lakes region, and across the country.
