Visiting Artists Heather Freeman and Tracy Featherstone open this Friday!
On Friday, December 6th, Georgetown College Fine Art Galleries
will open two exhibits, Heather Freeman,
Talk to me a Story, opening in the Cochenour
Gallery and Tracey Featherstone,
Between Me and the Floor, opening in the
Ann Wright Wilson Fine Art Gallery.
The Georgetown College Fine Art Galleries is proud to have both of these amazing artists on the Georgetown College campus. Heather Freeman, an Associate Professor of Digital Media, will be exhibiting works on paper that chronicle the discovery of her son's language skills through visual means. Her work can be seen in the Cochenour Gallery from December 6th - February 14th, 2014.
Tracy Featherstone has labeled herself an artist and dreamer. Her wearable sculptures bring the daily struggle of control and chaos into tangible form. She will also be exhibiting mix media pieces along with these amazing wearable forms. Ms. Featherstone's work will be on view from December 6th - January 31st, 2014 in the Anne Wright Wilson Fine Art Gallery.
