Univ. of Tenn Martin has announced their annual collegiate art student competition that takes place in the Spring. It is open to enrolled students in colleges from Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Entry forms with rules can be downloaded here.
